Trenton shooting leaves one person injured

on April 14, 2013 at 7:50 PM, updated April 14, 2013 at 8:21 PMTRENTON — One person was shot at around 6:30 p.m. today on Laurel Place, police said.
The victim, whose injuries are not believed to be life threatening, was shot in the arm, Sergeant Brian Cipolloni said.
The victim is expected to be transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The victim’s identity is unknown and is being uncooperative, Cipolloni said.
The circumstances of the shooting are unclear at this time, and there are no suspects.
Councilwoman Kathy McBride also lives on Laurel Place and said that, after the shooting, a crowd converged on a nearby car and broke all of the windows out of it. It is unclear if the windows were shot out.
