TRENTON — City police are investigating after a man was found dead in an alley off Cass Street early Sunday.
Sgt. Darren Zappley said that the man, believed to be in his 50s, was found shot to death around 6:30 a.m. in Bushler Alley.
Zappley said the preliminary investigation has led detectives to believe it was a suicide.
The victim has been identified but his name is not being released by police.
While no signs of foul play have been discovered, Zappley said the incident remains under investigation.
