Trenton man arrested, crack cocaine seized by Mercer County Special Investigations Unit

on October 17, 2013 at 8:51 PM, updated October 17, 2013 at 8:53 PMTRENTON — Following a monthlong investigation, a city man was arrested and officers seized $3,000 worth of crack cocaine and a small amount of marijuana on Wednesday, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said yesterday.
Officers with the Mercer County Special Investigations Unit found Salaam Rutherford, 23, at an auto store on South Broad Street at about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to a news release from the prosecutor’s office.
