Lafayette Yard Hotel in Trenton set to finalize sale

The sale of the Lafayette Yard Hotel and Conference Center will close on Wednesday, if all goes as planned, to Edison Broadcasting, now going under the name Edison Holdings.
“We are prepared to close,” said Gregory Johnson, the attorney for the public board of mayoral appointees that oversees hotel operations.
