The Trenton Mentoring Coalition, and the Children Home Society of New Jersey, North Ward Family Success Center are recreating the Underground Railroad for our children. We would like to transform our center into the Underground Railroad to include “stations”. Our children are visual learners and will remember our “Reenactment of the Underground Railroad” for a lifetime.
Please join The Trenton Mentoring Coalition and The Children’s Home Society of NJ in the transformation of the North Ward Family Success Center and assisting with the program. On Monday, February 17th the North Ward Family Success Center will be closed which is a great opportunity to decorate the stations and identify the materials needed for the program on February 18th from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

We are requesting help with the following:
- Designing and creating the stations on February 17th or the Morning of February 18th
- Participating by being pilots, and conductors with creative expression to memorize the children – February 18th at 5:00pm please arrive between 4:00pm-4:30pm.
- 20 volunteers are needed for the actual performance and activities.
