Webinar: Addressing the needs of young adults in transition with justice system involvement

This webinar will focus on how communities can develop strategies to meet the needs of young adults in transition with justice system involvement.  Speakers will discuss how this population crosses over many related systems and issues (i.e. housing, education, transitions between adult and juvenile systems, and accessing supportive services).  Topics will include strategies to assess and address the mental health problems that youth/ young adults are facing and best practices in providing services to this population.
