Pennrose Management Co. said it is ready to re-open the 40 apartments and town homes to renters following the renovations of the buildings, which were originally constructed in the early 1900s. The development called Academy Place has a number of two-bedroom rental units starting at $850 per month and an assortment of three-bedroom units starting at $950 per month.
“Academy Place is a great community to call home, as it provides the perfect combination of historic details with modern touches to make life enjoyable,” said Timothy Henkel, senior vice president, Pennrose Properties. “Plus, the community is conveniently located in downtown Trenton close to public transportation, shopping, dining and entertainment.”
