Gas leak at TCNJ campus in Ewing forces building evacuations, cancels classes
Mike Davis | April 28, 2014A gas leak at a construction site on The College of New Jersey has led to multiple evacuations and the cancellation of classes.College spokesman David Muha said that a contractor at the college’s Campus Town construction project accidentally cut a 4-inch gas main along Route 31, causing the gas leak.
Armstrong Hall, the Art & Interactive Multimedia building, Bliss Hall, the Business Building, Hausdoerffer Hall, Paul Loser Hall, the Music Building and Phelps Hall were all evacuated, Muha said.
